With a lack of support surrounding pre pregnancy in America, these consultations will help you navigate trying to conceive and the earliest stages of pregnancy and beyond. With evidence based information from the start of conception, making informed decisions for your health and the health of your baby will come naturally.

There is so much missed information when you wait to take a childbirth class until the end of pregnancy. The consultations will cover everything from early pregnancy testing & exercise, choosing a provider & birth setting and so much more!

Support Plan Consultation

Creating a birth plan and postpartum plan allows you to be heard and provides an opportunity for you to navigate your own feelings and needs. It's a great way to open up healthy communication between you and your provider and start practicing shared decision making. Having a birth plan is important for all kinds of delivery experiences: unmedicated, epidural, or cesarean. Having a postpartum plan ensures optimal expectations with your partner and network of support. Allow us to help you communicate your desires during labor, pregnancy, and the postpartum recovery period.

Pregnancy Support Group

Your prenatal experience will not only affect you but also the development of your baby. Having a strong prenatal support system will positively effect your physical and psychological state as your enter into your labor and postpartum period.

These support groups for expecting pregnant people can be beneficial by decreasing stress and reducing fear and anxiety. By attending support groups, you will develop the tools needed to feel confident in pregnancy and strengthen relationships amongst your family members and peers. By improving social well-being you will improve your overall health and by caring for yourself you increasing the overall heath of your baby.
